據了解,香港大律師公會前主席夏博義被警方國安處警誡會面,他沒有被捕,已離開警署。據知他被要求交代涉及違反《港區國安法》的行為。消息指,案件與夏博義創立的民間團體「香港人權監察」有關。就今次事件,警方發言人回覆東網指,警方採取任何行動,會按實際情況,依法處理,不會就個別情況作出評論。 今早(1日)約11時,夏博義到達灣仔警察總部,同行者還有2名西裝男子。約2個半小時後,夏博義一行人離開,據悉他當時面露憔悴,低頭急步離去。

Ex-Hong Kong Bar Association chief Paul Harris meets national security police to ‘assist with investigation’

Harris went to police headquarters by appointment on Tuesday and took a cautioned statement, a police source says, adding no arrest was made

Former Bar Association chairman Paul Harris was questioned by police on Tuesday in a national security investigation.

Harris arrived at the Police Headquarters in Wan Chai at around 11am. He left the police station after staying two hours, after which he declined to answer reporters' questions.

Harris was questioned for his involvement in the Hong Kong Human Rights 
Monitor - a human rights group founded by him, according to sources.

The Bar Association told The Standard on Tuesday that they are looking into the matter and will not comment at this stage.
