Disgusting Hong Kong Barrister Mark Sutherland By a Statement of Findings dated 2 April 2019, the Barristers Disciplinary Tribunal (“BDT”) found five complaints of misconduct against Mr Mark Richard Charlton Sutherland (“Mr Sutherland”) to have been proved.
